    Fantastic customer service!

    Somewhere along the line the basket was taken out of the box before my intended recipient received it! He opened the box (in front of other people) and received packing materials, and my "thank you card" which was attached to a ribbon. Obviously, this was an important gift. I telephoned GiftTree and they promptly took care of everything. My recipient is being sent a new beautiful, heartfelt "thank you" gift basket and the company pulled through for me.
