Do you guarantee my delivery date?

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates; instead, we provide estimated delivery dates.

Delivery dates are influenced by various factors, including the shipping method chosen, your location, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit. While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery dates, they are subject to change.

*Please note that during the months of November and December, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to the increase in shipper demand and volume.

What time are deliveries made?

Deliveries are made by FedEx and arrive at your recipients' door between 8am and 8pm (sometimes up until 9pm during higher volume holiday periods.)

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $17.43 per gift.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

For quicker shipping, we offer expedited shipping. The cost will vary. To see the cost for a specific gift, add a gift to your shopping cart and enter the delivery zip code. We've done all the calculations for you and our calendar will display all shipping options for your gift based on the delivery area.

What if I'm shipping multiple gifts to one location?

While shipping these gifts, especially with heavy wine bottles and food components, we've found that we must package the contents securely enough to protect each individual item and the integrity of the basket as a whole.

What should I know about shipping alcohol?

All gifts containing alcohol will require an adult over 21 to be at the delivery location at the time of delivery and there is a $4.95 alcohol signature fee required by FedEx and UPS per package. We’re sorry, there are no exceptions to this! If the shipper arrives to find there is no one available to sign for your gift, the driver will leave a door tag behind to notify your recipient of the unsuccessful attempt.

What if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or I need to change the delivery?

We will be happy to update this information with the shippers, just keep in mind there can be fees and restrictions involved to make a change once a package has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Experience team to discuss all available options.

What should I know about shipping chocolates or fruit?

During the warm summer months, we will restrict the amount of time your gift can be in transit to avoid any spoiling from happening. If your delivery location is beyond a 2-day transit window from any of our offices, we may require expedited shipping. These costs will be shown on the delivery date calendar during checkout.

What if my gift is returned?

Fresh products (fruit and fresh food gift baskets), and perishable, personalized, and fragile products cannot be restocked, however, we will happily issue an in-store credit for the purchase price of your gift!  Or, if you wish to have the gift re-sent, please reach our customer service team to initiate a replacement.
