Excellent Gift

"I ordered the cheese and charcuterie gift for my son as a surprise. He lives in Florida in an apartment complex, and when the gift was delivered, it was placed by the delivery service in a locked metal box in the sun and sat there all day, despite the prominent label “Refrigerate upon delivery.” When the box was opened, the cheese was all melted and most of the perishable contents had to be thrown out. When I contacted Gift Tree and explained the situation, they apologized for the problem and immediately agreed to replace the gift at no cost to me. They also arranged for overnight delivery on the following Saturday when I knew my son and his partner would be home. It was delivered as promised and was in great shape. They were thrilled with the tray, and I was thrilled with the effort Gift Tree made to make it right. This was my third gift order, and the recipients have been very pleased with the products, and I am happy to recommend this service."

"I ordered this gift for my mom's birthday just in the knick of time because I also got free shipping which is a great bonus! The package came earlier and she was so surprised.
