The Black Tie Affair Wine Gift Contains Choice of:

Standard

Polmanter Cabernet Sauvignon

Yountville AVA's patchwork of alluvial and volcanic soils embody all that is possible in Napa Cabernet, where Polmanter is produced by noted winemaker Robin Akhurst. Aged in French Oak, this full-bodied Cabernet opens with blackberry jam and earthy aromas. Warm black cherries spread across the palate while ripe tannins prolong the deeply expressive finish.

Rhenard Napa Valley Chardonnay

Fresh and juicy apricot and nectarine notes with a touch of crisp green apple highlight this nuanced Chardonnay. Soft Meyer lemon subtly guides nose to palate and a balanced acidity and a creamy mouthfeel lead to a memorable finish.

Premium

Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

This Sonoma California wine is laden with deep garnet colors, flavors of black currant jam, rose petals, and chocolate, with an enticing nose of cassis, blueberries, tobacco, tarragon and roasting coffee. The seamless palate begins with ripe berries, follows with a full-bodied mid-palate, and ends with a long, savory finish with fine grained, well integrated tannins. With proper cellaring, this wine will give drinking pleasure through 2031. Pairs perfectly with grilled salmon, roasted duck, veal, venison or mushrooms.

Far Niente Chardonnay

Chardonnay was the first varietal cultivated by Far Niente in their Napa Valley estate, and it remains one of their finest. A flinty, toasted almond nose belies the silky pear and citrus mid-palate that follows and a finish full of refreshing acidity. A fine companion for a goat cheese crostini or butternut squash risotto.
